Dark Displays added to Vario 300-1000

– Dashboard textures revised
– Time and realistic displays for lights, trailer indicators and engine start added to front dashboard
– Reflections on the Vario 900 fixed again
– Various sounds added (seat suspension, horn, indicators)
– Vario 900 with adjustable front axle
