Lock Steering Axles V1.0

This script allows you to lock and unlock the steering axle.
Here is the LockSteeringAxle script by Ifko from the LS22.
I converted the script according to the approvals granted when Ifko left LSFM and adapted it for the LS25.
Have fun with the script!
