Dolly Extended V1.1

Version 1.1:
Increased movement range for trailer attacher to allow for different height hitches.
Until GE is updated publicly there is no visible connections for hoses, PTO etc.

Extension to the base game dolly allows attaching for harvesters and enables PTO to be used on various tools. Until GE is updated publicly there is no visible connections for hoses, PTO etc.
